Our Professional Services engagements include:
- Consulting – executive consulting, assessments and business analysis align management and the organization around the goals for proactive metrics monitoring and reporting. This leads to planning and design of the metrics management/reporting solution, including key results areas (KRA), key performance indicators (KPI), metrics, data sources, system architecture, dashboard/report design, and more.
- Project management – to ensure a targeted metrics project or long-term performance management effort stays on track and meets established goals.
 Training – on PureShare products for dashboard and report designers, on metrics strategy and KPI definition for executives and managers.

- Custom web development – for web-based dashboard portals and reporting environments.
