PureShare will attend and exhibit at the annual HDI Conference & Expo, March 19-22 in Nashville, Tennessee. In addition to viewing on-booth demonstrations, interested attendees can learn how Time Warner Cable has integrated PureShare ActiveMetrics into its service management environment to achieve proactive performance management.

Ron Layne of Time Warner Cable will discuss his company's efforts to shift its service management organization from reactive fire-fighting mode to a proactive early-warning system. He'll describe TWC’s recently-launched metrics management system and will provide insight into how his team is presenting the metrics and data to specific users – particularly managers and executives – to better manage the company’s service management performance.

PureShare Products Now Available in French
PureShare products now feature multi-lingual user interfaces.

PureShare announced today the availability in French of ReportRouter, its web-based enterprise reporting framework. ReportRouter simplifies the creation, generation, and distribution of reports across any platform, and makes them accessible to all authorized users through a web portal. The availability of ReportRouter in French means that Canadian users can now access and use the application in the official language of their choice.

PureShare has embedded multi-lingual support into both ReportRouter and ActiveMetrics, its web-based dashboard application for corporate performance management. User interfaces in languages other than French, such as Spanish and German, are also available and can be enabled as needed.

PureShare a annoncé aujourd'hui la disponibilité en français de ReportRouter. Ottawa, Canada, - Version 1.1 of the ReportProxy, PureShare's report generation engine was released today. ReportProxy is the first component of the ReportRouter framework and an integral part of an overall enterprise report distribution strategy. The engine runs as a background service, processing real-time and scheduled report generation requests from both external applications and users. It manages request loads through multi-level queuing and can be configured to match server capacity. ReportProxy enables the concurrent use of multiple reporting technologies via product adapters, or "proxies". This allows for scalable consolidation of generation, management, and administration of reports.
