PureShare® Launches Remote Developer Support Program

New support program provides clients with remote training, developer assistance, and more.

PureShare is now offering Remote Developer Support (RDS), a program that bridges the gap between standard maintenance support and full-blown professional development services. Under the program, PureShare clients can purchase blocks of RDS time to be used for support such as remote training of client developers, remote assistance for client developers, remote troubleshooting of client-developed applications, and ad hoc development tasks based on PureShare frameworks.

Christopher Dean, PureShare CEO, said, “Our clients are undertaking ever more innovative projects with PureShare’s products, and we saw the need to fill a gap between full on-site professional services engagements and our standard maintenance agreements. RDS provides a system of client and product support whereby our experts remotely provide training, advice, guidance, or mentoring on an as-needed basis to client developers.”

The program includes on-demand as well as block-of-time pricing options, including 40-hour, 60-hour, and 80-hour blocks of RDS support. It complements PureShare’s standard maintenance contract, and provides great flexibility in terms of the tasks that PureShare can handle – from mentoring to ad hoc product development.

RDS support can be purchased by contacting PureShare directly: +1 866.636.6065, or sales@pureshare.com.
