PureShare Launches Customer Support Site and Knowledge Base

PureShare's renowned customer support has become even more responsive with a interactive new support website for PureShare customers. Built on PureShare's own products, the support site's launchpad displays the most popular content and most recently updated information, such as tips, tricks, answers to support queries, and product downloads.

PureShare customers now enjoy the following benefits:

  • Access to the PureShare Knowledge Base, where PureShare staff post useful information about using PureShare products. The Knowledge Base dynamically logs the content that visitors are viewing to maintain "Most Popular" and "Latest Updates" sections.
  • A search feature allowing visitors to quickly find the information they need.
  • Secure customer access to special content, such as technical documentation and materials submitted by members of the PureShare User Group.
  • A Suggest Box feature that allows users to submit ideas and comments. A database tracks the entries and actions taken on the entries.
