PureShare Expands Into New Offices
PureShare has a new street and mailing address as of January 1, 2008. PureShare Customer to Present at HDI Conference & Expo
Time Warner Cable to give insight into service management metrics

PureShare will attend and exhibit at the annual HDI Conference & Expo, March 19-22 in Nashville, Tennessee. In addition to viewing on-booth demonstrations, interested attendees can learn how Time Warner Cable has integrated PureShare ActiveMetrics into its service management environment to achieve proactive performance management.

Ron Layne of Time Warner Cable will discuss his company's efforts to shift its service management organization from reactive fire-fighting mode to a proactive early-warning system. He'll describe TWC’s recently-launched metrics management system and will provide insight into how his team is presenting the metrics and data to specific users – particularly managers and executives – to better manage the company’s service management performance.
