Business Metrics Analyst (BMA)
PureShare performance metrics software provides anytime access to business metrics, call center metrics, reporting metrics and performance measurement. It can be used on a daily basis without the need for manually assembling and analyzing reports and spreadsheets.
As a PureShare Business Metrics Analyst (BMA) you will be responsible for the assessment, design and delivery of metrics-based business solutions to clients ranging from mid-size companies to the Fortune 500. You will play an instrumental role in a variety of challenging projects that will enhance our clients' ability to manage and run their business.
The BMA is the first point of contact with a client and will assess client environments to ensure that metrics and reporting solutions are aligned with client needs. The BMA will design and deploy solutions using PureShare tools and will work through iterative stages of projects following the PureShare methodology. The BMA will be trained to build prototypes using PureShare software and will work with technical analysts for full deployments. The BMA is the client advocate within PureShare, and will help drive project development activities to satisfy client requirements.
Specific job requirements are:
- Experience with metrics and reporting
- Ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple projects and clients
- Ability to provide limited training to clients
- Ability to recognize the need for, and formulate, repeatable solutions
- Ability to analyze various types of data sources and determine the location
of key metrics information - Ability to travel
Expected skills include:
- A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in client-facing analysis roles
- University degree preferred
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation, documentation)
- An understanding of database technologies and web development
- An understanding of current Business Intelligence tools
- Experience in UI layouts and user experience design would be preferred
- Project Management skills and experience are a definite asset
- Skills in systems architecture and design would be an asset
- Experience with ITIL/IT Service Management processes would be an asset
