Account Executive
PureShare is growing rapidly in several key verticals and is seeking a high-energy, self-starting and experienced Account Executive to cover an expanding IT Service Management (ITSM) vertical in North America.
Responsibilities of the Account Executive include:
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
- Lead generation/outbound calling and warm lead follow-up.
- Assess and gather information on customer needs and requirements.
- Perform on-line demonstrations of PureShare products.
- Participate in marketing events.
- Close sales and meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to prospect, sell and close at the executive level, in Fortune 1000 accounts and SME.
- Background/experience with IT Service Management, NOC and Call-Center environments and ITSM tools/processes.
- 5+ yrs. successful outside sales experience preferably with ITSM software/service-based products.
- Able to work both independently and as a team member.
- Strong business ethics, willingness to go the extra mile for prospects and customers.
