Account Executive

PureShare is growing rapidly in several key verticals and is seeking a high-energy, self-starting and experienced Account Executive to cover an expanding IT Service Management (ITSM) vertical in North America.

Responsibilities of the Account Executive include:

  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to close.
  • Lead generation/outbound calling and warm lead follow-up.
  • Assess and gather information on customer needs and requirements.
  • Perform on-line demonstrations of PureShare products.
  • Participate in marketing events.
  • Close sales and meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas.

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to prospect, sell and close at the executive level, in Fortune 1000 accounts and SME.
  • Background/experience with IT Service Management, NOC and Call-Center environments and ITSM tools/processes.
  • 5+ yrs. successful outside sales experience preferably with ITSM software/service-based products.
  • Able to work both independently and as a team member.
  • Strong business ethics, willingness to go the extra mile for prospects and customers.
